What is the minimum lease duration for a residential rental?
Under the current LAU, the contract automatically extends up to 5 years (or 7 years if the landlord is a company), even if a shorter term is agreed upon.
How much deposit can be requested?
The LAU requires 1 month's rent as the mandatory security deposit for residential rentals. An additional guarantee of up to 2 months can be agreed upon.
Is the contract generated in Spanish?
