Privacy policy

In short: no sign-up, no accounts, no selling of data — and most of our tools process your information directly in your browser, without sending it to any server.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Herramientapp. For any privacy-related matter you can write to contacto@herramientapp.com.

2. Data we do NOT collect

This site has no registration system or user accounts. We do not request your name, email or any personal data to use the tools. The data you enter in calculators and generators (salaries, amounts, contract or receipt details) is processed in your browser and is neither stored nor sent to our servers.

3. Web analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site performs. This analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual users: the data is anonymous and aggregated. For this reason the site shows no cookie banner — we use no tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Third-party services in specific tools

Some tools need external services to work. They are only used when you use the tool:

• What is my IP queries an IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) to show your public IP address and approximate connection details. That request is made directly by your browser.
• Currency and crypto converters query public exchange-rate APIs. No personal data is sent — only the currency pair to convert.
• PDF/Word converter loads libraries from public CDNs (jsDelivr, cdnjs). Conversion runs entirely in your browser: your documents are never uploaded to a server.

5. Email

If you write to contacto@herramientapp.com, we will use your address solely to reply. We do not add it to mailing lists or share it with third parties.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@herramientapp.com. Since we do not store users' personal data, in practice these rights mainly apply to emails you have sent us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Changes to this policy

If we add services that change this processing (for example advertising or newsletters), we will update this page before enabling them.
